Collaborations Between Science, Technology, and Art

Histories and futures of creativity

Our human nature is profoundly phototropic. Men obey their deepest instincts when they hold fast to light.
—György Kepes

I speak about what were, or are, bleeding edge ideas and technique.⁣⁣ My presentations for 2025 incorporate a more ambitious emphasis on virtual worlds and media.

These talks are always a pleasure. Audiences may have either minimal engagement with these topics, or deep involvement (invention, R&D, art).

Past audiences and hosts have included The Museum Computer Network, The Andy Warhol Museum, MIT Design Thinking and Invention Professionals, SXSW, Association of Professional Futurists, and private small groups in and around Marfa.

Delivering in-person presentations in English will be very welcome in Tokyo, Cairo, Houston, and Vancouver or Vancouver Island through 2025. Online also.
