Leaders as Futurists

Leaders as Futurists was a six-month peer mentorship program I designed and facilitated to better develop and combine foresight and futures-thinking capabilities with leadership development training.
It was really encouraging to engage with a small group of people joining from the United Kingdom, Zimbabwe, Sweden, Canada, and the U.S., under the umbrella of the ILA. Though, sadly, cut short due to the pandemic in 2020.
