Virtues, Virtualism, and Virtual Reality

Originally for Anáhuac Puebla University, Mexico

What is the space between character and action? This talk, originally for Anáhuac Puebla University, is a leadership in practice discussion.

It considers responsibility and “big” themes pulling from widely-known recent events, including the leadership concepts fueling the FTX Crypto meltdown, the hierarchy of command-control leadership and the 38 lives lost at a migrant processing center in Mexico, the familiar trope of being a “born leader”, and more.

I pull from theory but this is a lively presentation! The point of this talk is to generate discussion and reflection in practice.
